Abu Ubaida’s Master’s Thesis

As part of the 11th Istanbul International Arabic Book Fair, we attended a program focusing on the late commander Abu Ubaida’s master’s thesis, al-Ardu’l-Muqaddese (The Holy Land). The work, whose Arabic content was prepared, edited, and proofread by our Association President and the Founder of Asalet Publishing, Recep Songül, and which he also translated into Turkish and prepared for publication, is now available to readers in both Arabic and Turkish.

During the session titled “The Holy Lands Between Judaism, Christianity, and Islam,” the historical, religious, and civilizational identity of Jerusalem and Palestine was examined from various perspectives.

It was a valuable program in terms of gaining a proper understanding of the history of Bayt al-Maqdis and once again remembering its significance and responsibility for the Muslim Ummah.
