As Beytülmakdis Pioneers Association (the “Association”), in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), we process your personal data in our capacity as the data controller for the purposes and within the legal framework specified below. 1. Your Personal Data Processed and the Purposes of Processing Your personal data, such as your Name and Surname, Turkish Republic ID Number, Contact Information (Phone, E-mail), Occupation/Educational Status, and Institution Information, collected through this application form, are processed for the following purposes: Receiving and evaluating your application for the training program and creating participant lists, Organizing training programs (in-person/online), providing information about classes, and communicating with you, Delivering training materials, course books, and certificates of participation to you, Fulfilling the Association’s legal obligations and carrying out its enforcement/operational and activity processes, based on the legal grounds set forth under Article 5 of the KVKK, namely “being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract” and “being necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation.” 2. Transfer of Your Personal Data Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Article 8 of the KVKK, to the relevant program instructors, partner institutions/NGOs with which joint activities are carried out, and authorized public institutions and organizations where required by applicable legislation, for the purposes stated above. 3. Method of Collecting Personal Data Your personal data are collected through digital methods that are fully or partially automated, by completing this application survey/form. 4. Your Rights Under the KVKK Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to our Association and request information about whether your personal data are being processed, and if so, to obtain information regarding such processing, to learn whether your data are being used in accordance with their intended purpose, and to request the correction, deletion, or destruction of your data. You may submit your requests through the Association’s official communication channels.
