Mi'raj and the Freedom of Jerusalem” Program – Adana

The conference titled “Mi'raj and the Freedom of Jerusalem,” organized by the Invitation and Brotherhood Foundation, was delivered by our Association’s Vice President, Muharrem Güneş. Mi'raj refers to the miraculous journey in which the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), by the command of Allah, traveled both physically and spiritually with the Angel Gabriel. Riding the heavenly steed known as Buraq, he journeyed by night from Al-Masjid al-Haram in Mecca to Al-Masjid al-Aqsa in Jerusalem (Bayt al-Maqdis), an event known as Al-Isra. From there, he ascended through the seven heavens, reaching Sidrat al-Muntaha. Leaving Gabriel behind, he continued with a heavenly conveyance known as Rafraf into the Divine Presence, where he was honored with nearness to Allah and witnessed signs beyond the limits of time and space. This miraculous event is known as Al-Mi'raj.
