We Participated as a Partner in the Gaza Media Workshop

As the Beytülmakdis Pioneers Association, we took part as one of the stakeholders in the Gaza Media Workshop, hosted by Ibn Haldun University under the auspices of Stand For Gaza Academic.

The workshop brought together journalists, academics, legal professionals, and content creators working in the media sector across Türkiye. Key topics included documenting the destruction of education in Gaza through data journalism, establishing an international solidarity network for Palestinian journalists, developing methods to address algorithmic restrictions, and preparing a content guide based on accurate terminology concerning the Palestinian cause.

Concrete plans and roadmaps were also developed for upcoming initiatives, with the aim of making the reality in Gaza more visible and contributing to efforts to overcome the media blockade surrounding the Palestinian narrative.
